How do I search for available and apply for rental properties?

• Email info@bsar.co.uk to inquire about an apartment on our website. If the property is available we will take you through the process.  

Can I apply for a rental without viewing it first?

• Yes! We have all of our property videos on our website. Click here to see the list of properties, each page has its own video tour and images. 

Do you require a security deposit?

• All apartments require a 5 weeks deposit fee

What is the typical lease duration?

• The lease duration is 1 year minimum. Please email info@bsar.co.uk to inquire about more information or if you require a different lease duration.

Are utilities included in the rent?

• No, utility fees are not included in the rent fee.

Can I sublet my rental unit?

• No, BSAR properties are not allowed to be subleased.

Is Parking included 

• This is dependent on the property. If available it will be an additional charge. Please email info@bsar.co.uk to inquire about more information.

What payment methods do you accept for rent?

• For non-UK residents, with no credit history, we require full payment in advance.

• UK Residence or with credit history rent payment will be monthly.

Is there a grace period for late rent payments?

• Please review your contract for late rent payment penalties. 

Are there any hidden fees or additional costs when renting?

• No hidden fees. Everything will be discussed beforehand and included in the contract
